Technical Characteristics
Combined with the domestic market demand, the machine adopts the domestic advanced design scheme and automatic control system. The machine has stable performance, high output, and a low failure rate. The machine uses standard-grade castings and steel, famous brand electrical appliances, and famous brand bearings from Germany, Japan, and Taiwan.
The machine control system adopts a PLC control system with an LCD touch screen terminal as the machine interface for parameter setting, with full functions and an abrasive consumption alarm system during the operation of the machine. The machine is suitable for continuous grinding and polishing of granite and marble slabs. The working speed of the plate conveyor belt and the traverse beam of the grinding plate is regulated by frequency conversion. The working pressure of the grinding plate and the width of the plate are adjustable within the set value. Besides, the machine can automatically recognize the shape of the plate, and each grinding disc (grinding head) can be automatically lifted based on the recognized shape of the plate. The plate grinding is tracked and recorded at the same time. The machine is equipped with a fine grinding head and marble grinding discs, and the whole machine is produced according to standardization, with performance reaching the leading level in China.
